What ever you do, use this company! They are better than the dealership and much more competitively priced. I have been using this company for a couple of years and have nothing but great experiences every time. The owner, Rich, is fantastic.

Thanks Shane!

It only took 30 minutes to do my oil change. I know I wouldn't of been able to do it that quick. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

Shout out to European Auto Garage! Service pack B and brake inspection completed on my car in less than an hour and a half on a busy day for them. Recommend highly! Great value too!

I dropped off my car on a recommendation from a colleague. I checked out the reviews, everything seemed good. I have a Porsche Boxster. My power steering line blew, so I knew what the problem was. I got a quote before I left the shop on the power steering line repair, and was quoted $550. I asked about any discounts, and was advised, if I sport one of their decals or license plate frames, I'd get 10% off (5% off labor, 5% off parts) which would roughly save me about $50. Ok... He did tell me that they charge a diagnostic fee, and I would owe that if they diagnose the problem (bringing it in, and no idea what is wrong) and I CHOSE to take it elsewhere, after they tell me what is wrong. (They didn't have to diagnose the problem, I knew what it was). After several days, I got called with "bad news"... They said it WAS the power steering pressure line and it was going to be $598, however the aftermarket headers I had on the car, caused the problem and they basically couldn't help me. Their only solution was to make it back stock, and then proceed with the repair, otherwise they couldn't/wouldn't help me. I tried brainstorming with them, and every idea was shot down. Basically, I put aftermarket parts on the car, that was not purchased and/or installed by them, they didn't want to repair, and "take on the liability", so they pushed me out in more ways than one, forcing me to take it somewhere else. They tried to say, the headers were wrong for the car, they weren't. I have consulted with the manufacturer of the headers, which have never had any problems out of them. But, that is neither here nor there... My issue is "oh, I understand that you already know what the problem is, let's take 5 min to put it on the lift... yep, that's definitely it, but... you have aftermarket parts, we can't/won't do the repair, we used to do work on modified/race cars but the owner doesn't do that anymore. We have no possible solutions here, so you HAVE to take it somewhere else, oh.... and it'll be $100. Sorry we couldn't/wouldn't help." I understand a diagnostic fee, if I brought in the car, had no clue what was wrong, they put in the time to "diagnose" the problem, and THEN I CHOSE to take it to another shop... That wasn't the case. I'm not discrediting their competency or technicians, to do work on an otherwise stock vehicle, but I don't think charging $100, when I already knew the problem, for them to take a quick look at it and confirm the problem, but they, themselves don't want to take on the job and then send me on my way. I'm not trying to stereotype any of their clientele, that may be able blow their nose with cash, but $100 goes a long way with me. I think that is terrible customer service. At the end of the day, I took them the car, knowing the problem, took otherwise 5 min to put it on the lift, to confirm the problem, they had it a couple of days, to call me, quote $50 more, but to tell me they couldn't do it/take on the liability, you need to take it to "shop x", and that'll be $100. Sorry we couldn't help...

Rich and team are the best mechanics around. They also are good people who care about you and love on your car. They're cheaper than dealers and are full service including many very high end cars.

Thanks Jodie, always good to see you.

100% true, we are not a body shop. Car was in an accident, customer had us order some parts, then took the car to a body shop of his choice, where it was mistreated, and damaged. The car was then totalled out by his insurance company. The body shop is not one of the few we recommend.

Had my Aston Martin vantage in for maintenance. EAG did a great job, and I had my car back the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Thanks Daryl. Sorry to hear of the untimely demise of your car out in the desert.
