Very professional and clean (c-l-e-a-n-!). The shop looks like a showroom. If u r looking for the cheapest place in town then u need to go some place else. But if u r looking to have the work done right at a fair price on your exotic then look at EAG. They did the alignment on my BMW and put it to MY specs. The car drives great! I felt like I was at the doctor’s office but in a good way. “Sir, your patient is ready”. They explained and showed me everything that was done. By the way, the waiting room was very nice and the receptionist was courteous which is always a plus. I am very happy with my service at EAG! They sponsor the Cars and Coffee which is how I first heard of European Auto Garage.

I took my 14' BMW 335I M-Sport to EAG to get a couple tires mounted the main reason was because of the mounting and balancing equipment. I wanted to make sure my M-Performance wheels didn't get scratched and I wanted a road test balance...EAG had the right equipment for my expectations! It did take a little longer than expected but id rather wait a little longer and make sure the job is done right! The prices were fair, I know I didn't want to pay dealership prices but I also DID NOT want to go to a budget shop and get my sh*t scratched up. It is understood you get what you pay for so no complaints on price from me. I will be bringing my Bimmer here for all maintenance once the factory maintenance expires! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Very friendly and Reliance service, but a bit to slow to call it perfect!

All I have to say about this TEAM, is Customer Service at it's best..They have gone out of there way in most cases to service my son's BMW 335i..all services have been completed to my satisfaction.

I called to get pricing and see if they would do what needed to be done to my car Without even looking at my car the service manager told me I needed a new or rebuilt transmission. My car has a newer transmission. This was after he asked me my mileage. You can not diagnose a car only going by its mileage. Please take it upon yourselves to actually look at a vehicle before telling someone they need a very expensive priced thing done when is all it needed was the transmission fluid changed, oil changed, new filters, and a tune up. And for this you will not be getting my business.
