European Auto Garage is my go-to repair facility for my 2011 Mini Cooper S, and as soon as our 2015 Mercedes Benz Sprinter is out of factory warranty, EAG will also be entrusted to take care of it for us as well. EAG has saved me on numerous occasions when my vehicles broke down or needed repair or even routine maintenance. Jade always works efficiently and politely with me to get the needed repairs done in a dealership-quality manner but at significant savings compared to the dealers. Over the years they have replaced a fuel pump and ignition coils, installed the tires I bought from Tire Rack, fixed electronic glitches, changed my oil, and much more with no drama and no hassles. Jade worked with me to provide repair information to get Mini to reimburse me for repairs. Whenever we need work done she greets us by name, (loves our dogs!), and makes us feel like valued customers. Last but not least, I recently looked forward to going there to their new facility because I know my repair needs are going to be taken care of correctly with no hassles, at a reasonable price and I enjoy seeing a great company, who does great work, with so many great people, being so successful. BTW..., they recently saved me several HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on my Mini Cooper high pressure fuel pump replacement compared to the dealership estimate! Their knew place is better than most dealership garages I have seen so they will no doubt be able to take care of just about any type of repair I could possibly need in the future. Good for them. They deserve fabulous success. Thank you EAG. Update 5/6/2019. EAG is still the best place to have your repairs done on your European car. I know I can trust them with my 2011 Mini Cooper S. I have been going to them for YEARS and they have never once disappointed me or let me down. Jade is an absolute pleasure to work with, their prices are reasonable, and their work impeccable. Thank you EAG! Oh yes! One more thing. Just wait until you see the cool new digital electronic report they send to you on your car. It has recommendations and actual photos of the actual condition of the item they think might need to be looked at and each thing is rated by their tech as green, yellow or red according to its relative importance or urgency. My report provided me actual visual evidence that my belts should be replaced soon and that my tires were wearing unevenly. How cool is that? Never seen anything like it anywhere else.
