This was my first time to use this company and I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and level of honesty they showed me. I was also observing the number of customers that was ahead of feeling very satisfied with their service.

Very good if you have to leave your car and need to go somewhere they have a loaner service was quick and they tell you everything you need for your car to be perfect

I called to get pricing and see if they would do what needed to be done to my car Without even looking at my car the service manager told me I needed a new or rebuilt transmission. My car has a newer transmission. This was after he asked me my mileage. You can not diagnose a car only going by its mileage. Please take it upon yourselves to actually look at a vehicle before telling someone they need a very expensive priced thing done when is all it needed was the transmission fluid changed, oil changed, new filters, and a tune up. And for this you will not be getting my business.

A great-looking facility inside and out. My car was given a thorough inspection with results and photos sent to my phone (which impressed me so much that I forwarded it to my husband!), and the staff was super friendly, going so far as to prioritize the items needing attention. As someone else said, you can tell they love what they do. I was a little intimidated about bringing my high-mileage, 10-year old Volvo here, but they didn't blink at taking her and seemed eager to help me hang onto her for a good while longer. Thank you, EAG! I'm glad to have found you guys, and I'm looking forward to being a spectator at the next Coffee & Cars.

I ordered tires I like from tire rack and they delivered them to EAG where they put them on, balanced etc without a hitch.., love the new location. Great service.

These are the best people I have ever worked with! They are honest, never recommending something that doesn't need to be done. They are fair. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction! This is rare in today's world, but they embody it. I highly recommend them!
