Been going here for years when I had a BMW but haven't been since they moved to the beautiful, new location. Got my oil changed on my 2013 C250, they got it done fast and for way less than Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville. I appreciate you all and will be back.

Very pleased with my experience at EAG. My mom takes her BMW there for service and has been very pleased with the work and customer service. I took my BMW 325i in for service a few datys ago and I'm one happy customer. They were on schedule, friendly and fairly priced. I will be taking my BMW there for all future service. They are fantastic!

They do great work. They may be on the expensive side, but you can be sure everything will be done the correct way. I brought my 2014 Mini Cooper S for an oil change and maintenance. Friendly people and quick service. Thanks guys!
