Very professional during initial car to inquire about cost of oil change and scheduling of the service. Appreciate having loaner cars although I did not use. Waiting area was very comfortable. Liked the details provided by the 50 point inspection and cost of additional service that could be done based on mileage. Would like to see another way to analyze the need to perform these besides mileage. The Audi dealer uses mileage as the criteria as well.

Yes, we go by the manufacturer's recommended service table, and they use mileage as an indicator of some services needed, such as spark plugs, filters, and some fluids. We however, measure other items such as brakes and tires, for the appropriate time to replace them. This is where our inspection report comes in really handy.
