EAG was referred by a local friend, and was our choice for our BMW 535xi when we lived in Knoxville. easy to schedule appts online, Staff was always nice and v friendly, work done was amazing. Knox should be glad to have such an awesome alternative for EU cars

Ordered the tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered directly to EAG. The entire process was seamless and professional. While I was there, I added the oil change. Staff was extremely responsive and accommodating. Love the new(er) facility and location. Will take my Audi A7 there for all service in the future.

Very pleased with my experience at EAG. My mom takes her BMW there for service and has been very pleased with the work and customer service. I took my BMW 325i in for service a few datys ago and I'm one happy customer. They were on schedule, friendly and fairly priced. I will be taking my BMW there for all future service. They are fantastic!

Their new shop is amazing. The only place I've seen with as clean of a shop as Eurotech. These guys are professionals and they present themselves that way. I wouldn't hesitate to take my German babies here!
