Loved them at first.....until the owner tried customer service... Had an issue with faults on 535 due to a bad steering column switch. Took it in and they had some issues with getting them to reset at first but were persistent and kept at it until they finally got them cleared. I was ecstatic to finally be rid of the dreaded driver passive restraint and chassis stability errors. Those were the only two errors. Went to pick the car up and the service adviser was super polite. Told me they had a TPM error (tire pressure monitor) that popped up after the computer reset and the tech was driving it to clear. When he got back he mentioned that it wouldn't reset but sometimes takes awhile but if it doesn't to bring it back and they'd look at it further. Still really pleased with them at this point. Drove home and had the TPM malfunction pop up again.....again...not a big deal. They did great on the other issue so I'm still pretty happy. Nowww the downside. Took it back to them today (Monday) and the owner was there. Had a friend drop it off for me while I was in a meeting and less than 30 minutes later the owner calls me (at least he's quick :) ) telling me all of the tire sensors are fine and it'll be $120 to diagnose the problem. I realized he probably didn't know the issue existed before so I explained what had happened. "there's more than one computer in this car" he responded......ok...now this is getting weird I thought?!?! Spent a few minutes trying to explain that this wasn't an issue until they had fixed the other problem....and now this problem (which was never a problem mind you) is the only thing wrong. Asked to speak to the service adviser from last week and he reminded me that he's the owner. I still asked to speak to the SA and he relented. Spent a few minutes on hold after explaining my point again to the SA and he said they don't even show that they cleared the original errors in the system but he's talk to the other SA who would be back tomorrow. I honestly thought better of this shop before and would have fully recommended them until this bad example of customer service from the owner himself. I do think their prices are very reasonable for these type cars and typically I've had good experiences with them. Unfortunately it only takes one bad experience to keep me away.

The following is the exact wording off of the repair order: Customer installed steering switch - see if lights will clear Performed system scan. Tried clearing faults. Faults would not clear. C98C04 LIN bus, steering wheel electronics: communication fault 48260F ICM: Steering initialization required 030215 SHD: No normalization Recommend new SZL We tried to clear the fault as asked, and even checked the install of your self installed electrical component. As we did not diagnose the problem, provide or install the component, we are very limited as to what we can do. Without communication to control units, and without approval to perform advanced electrical diagnosis we simply attempted top communicate and clear a fault, as asked.

European Auto Garage is great. There facility is spotless and they are very friendly and knowledgable. They stand behind there work!! I would not take my Mercedes GL350 to anyone else. I trust their service over the MB Dealer in town

We were passing through town in the middle of the night on the way to Myrtle Beach and had to be towed to EAG with my BMW 525xi. We slept in our car until they opened. We had a horrific night dealing with AAA and trying to get help for 3 and a half hours before we received a tow. As soon as they opened they got my car in to examine it and they were friendly and professional. They didn't charge me for a bunch of things I didn't need and we were out of there and back on the road with minimal cost. They are highly trustworthy and they know their stuff. I would definitely go to them if I lived in the area and I am thankful to have been towed to them that night. :)

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I was quoted a price for brake service less than 4 months ago. Today, the price has risen by over $100. I asked nicely three times if anything could be done to make up for the difference in pricing and was told that there were no promotions or options available. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she had been there for 8 years and was one of the managers. I would later find out that they had a big sign up to "like their Facebook page for 10% off." A small gesture on their part would have went a long way. Eventually, I asked for a printed quote to compare at the dealership Upon investigation, the dealership quoted just $20 more for parts...actual true manufacturer parts. When I came back to ask about what sort of parts this hack of a joint provides, I was informed that they are "the original parts without Mercedes markings." Sure...that sounds legit. The desk clerk also proceed to berate me for this review (edited now to reflect the additional dealings with this establishment.) He cursed at me and informed me that the owner no longer wanted to work on my car because I hurt his feelings with the review. The owner never had the courage to come face me directly. If you enjoy cheap parts and horrible customer service, this place might be ok for you, otherwise: AVOID!!! It should also be noted that I have used their services before and a mysterious scratch appeared on my vehicle afterward . Also, they have been the only ones under my hood in the last year and mysteriously, the pneumatic pump holds for the hood are beginning to fail as if the hood was slammed too hard. The owner can look for my further reviews at the BBB, Angie's List, Facebook, etc. Update: After paying for my oil change, they are now demanding that I remove my vehicle immediately for no justified reason. How much more petty could you actually get?!

Unfortunately, parts pricing fluctuates daily, as with all commodity items. This is why on any quote we give our customers, we state that it is good for 30 days from the date it was issued. Your original quote was actually from April 30, 2019 (your recent visit was 10/21/19). As far as a discount posted in our lobby, this is not correct. Our sign says "Like Us On Facebook to be entered into a monthly drawing". There is nothing about a blanket discount. We thank you for your past patronage, and wish you the best.

I had tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done on my Volvo. EAG was quick and professional, and they did a fantastic job balancing the tires. I'm pretty sure they even washed the wheels!
