Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I was quoted a price for brake service less than 4 months ago. Today, the price has risen by over $100. I asked nicely three times if anything could be done to make up for the difference in pricing and was told that there were no promotions or options available. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she had been there for 8 years and was one of the managers. I would later find out that they had a big sign up to "like their Facebook page for 10% off." A small gesture on their part would have went a long way. Eventually, I asked for a printed quote to compare at the dealership Upon investigation, the dealership quoted just $20 more for parts...actual true manufacturer parts. When I came back to ask about what sort of parts this hack of a joint provides, I was informed that they are "the original parts without Mercedes markings." Sure...that sounds legit. The desk clerk also proceed to berate me for this review (edited now to reflect the additional dealings with this establishment.) He cursed at me and informed me that the owner no longer wanted to work on my car because I hurt his feelings with the review. The owner never had the courage to come face me directly. If you enjoy cheap parts and horrible customer service, this place might be ok for you, otherwise: AVOID!!! It should also be noted that I have used their services before and a mysterious scratch appeared on my vehicle afterward . Also, they have been the only ones under my hood in the last year and mysteriously, the pneumatic pump holds for the hood are beginning to fail as if the hood was slammed too hard. The owner can look for my further reviews at the BBB, Angie's List, Facebook, etc. Update: After paying for my oil change, they are now demanding that I remove my vehicle immediately for no justified reason. How much more petty could you actually get?!
Joshua, We apologize that you feel, that we were not doing what we were expected to do. Customer service is our top priority, and Jade is one of our senior team members, with a great record. Unfortunately, parts pricing fluctuates daily, as with all commodity items. This is why on any quote we give our customers, we state that it is good for 30 days from the date it was issued. Your original quote was actually from April 30, 2019 (your recent visit was 10/21/19). As far as a discount posted in our lobby, this is not correct. Our sign says "Like Us On Facebook to be entered into a monthly drawing". There is nothing about a blanket discount. We thank you for your past patronage, and wish you the best.
