My review a few months ago was positive, I did have a positive experience. However, my most recent trip there I was charged originally over 100 dollars from what I was told over the phone. Andrew said I never told you 650 over the phone. To be fair, I went back and listened to the call as all of our calls to the business are recorded. And it confirmed exactly what I thought. He told me 650 out the door tax and all. Instead of him taking ownership of making the mistake, he refused to even look me in the eye. I cannot deal with dishonesty, I will not return there.
We apologize for the misunderstanding. Our system is fully automated, with pricing and subtotals showing at the bottom left of the screen. Upon dissecting the invoice itself we did find a way that it could have been read (if the oil change itself was not carried to the subtotal) to be just under $650 total. To be fair, the total was less than $75 off, not over $100. Again we apologize for the error. We strive to underpromise and overdeliver and sometimes our systems let us down.
