I took my MK7 GTI in for a suspension check and alignment. The team was very communicative and finished the work in just a couple hours at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning for any other service I need!

When I first bought my BMW, I was not sure where to obtain value-added, quality service. I was fortunate to find the European Auto Garage. I have received the best in care. I would not go anywhere else for service in East Tennessee. In the two years that I have been going to EAG for automotive work, I have been treated with respect and professionalism each and every time. Everyone working there is dedicated to excellence. No other place I would go in Knoxville for service.

Today was my first visit with European Auto Garage. I found them to be friendly and accommodating. Very impressed with their service. During my visit I was sent a text that included a full diagnostic work up of my vehicle which included photos all while I was waiting. I was told of items that were beginning to show wear or that were suggested through Audi to replace in the near future. I was not pressured or asked to add any additional service I did not want. I will continue to have my Audi serviced through them. Thank you for the great experience!

I have used EAG for years they are extremely trustworthy. Just took my suv in assuming I needed a new alternator because I had just replaced the battery and my 2007 Lexus gx470 would not start a couple weeks later. I told them maybe alternator or starter. They could have done all that but no that’s not the integrity they have. Just a loose cable. If you want to trust someone trust them!!❤️

Honestly, the owner has to be new money. He shows his collection of cars off like its a badge of honor. Thankfully, the staff are honest and downright personable. They are the only reason I would go back there.

Very clean, friendly and great prices for oil changes. Not really sure on cost comparison to Mercedes dealership as I haven’t owned mine for long and this is first maintenance I’ve had done. Plan to be back as needed!

In many cases they are much less expensive, when you consider they are performed by a Master certified technician, using full synthetic oil and and OEM filter. We use the same parts and fluids that a dealer would use, for considerably less. On general maintenance and repairs, we are usually between 25- 30% less than the factory dealerships. We also offer a 3 year 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, most factory dealerships only offer 12 months on their repairs. We really appreciate your business, and look forward to helping you maintain your new vehicle.
