I’m new to the European world and these people gave me DIRECT answers to any and all questions that I had. They did NOT try to rush me off of the phone or anything. The gave me the true definition of a diagnostic and thoroughly explained everything to me. The girls at the front desk, well I’ll say EVERYONE, that I felt with were very professional and extremely kind. They are extremely knowledgeable about European automotive products and cars and it shows. I will GLADLY make them my FIRST choice for my business!!!!!!!

I took my MK7 GTI in for a suspension check and alignment. The team was very communicative and finished the work in just a couple hours at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning for any other service I need! Services: Wheel alignment, Steering/Suspension

The customer interface is unlike anything I've seen anywhere else. The text notification with the link to the vehicle inspection is just awesome. It builds trust and shows how seriously EAG takes their level of service and professionalism. I felt that I was being given an honest evaluation. The repairs were finished extremely quickly and at a fair price. This should be the example for other shops to be measured against.

Very dissatisfied. Took in our BMW to get oil change, spark plugs and inspection. The young man at time was like he didn't want to be bothered with our questions. Like price did not clarify the amounts. Said like spark plugs was 533 didn't say $533.00 we questioned it and he was like 533 So we repeat a $5.33, he did not correct us didn't correct what we thought and so we were talking about it right there in front of him and I said not bad it's under $300 for the whole thing he didn't say anything and then we come back to pick it up and it was $644.00 We freaked out a little but my son went ahead paid it but said we wouldn't go back ever. Now don't get me wrong we've been there before with my BMW and they had great service and were extremely explanatory and perfectly clear on everything so I don't know what happened but we won't be going back, highly disappointed!!!!!!!

Today was my first visit with European Auto Garage. I found them to be friendly and accommodating. Very impressed with their service. During my visit I was sent a text that included a full diagnostic work up of my vehicle which included photos all while I was waiting. I was told of items that were beginning to show wear or that were suggested through Audi to replace in the near future. I was not pressured or asked to add any additional service I did not want. There were several things I needed to have checked. All those things were checked as well as many others. I was given a report that specified what repairs that needed to be done and when they should be done. A written estimate of each repair was on my car's report card. Fortunately, nothing was needed right away. I was assured my car was in good condition and safe to drive back to Florida. The garage was very modern, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable to wait on service. Very professional and honest.

My third trip for two vehicles, professional staff and clean waiting area. This recent visit's work was completed quicker than expected which was a bonus.

I would trust my BMW in the hands of few shops... this is one! If you are after "cheap", you should take your high-end car to WalMart's auto center, but if you are quality at a good price... EAG is the place to take your prized possession!!! And I am very particular so you can take my word for it!!
