Great place. I ordered tires from TireRack to be delivered here. They were easy to make an appointment with, and did a great job mounting my new tires. The waiting area is comfortable, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant.

I have never in my life of driving ever experienced such kind and easy to speak with repair location every single screw up that Harper VW in Knoxville TN that they tell me will cost me nearly a fortune to fix when ever i take it to European Auto garage they tell me exactly what it will cost and its nearly always hundreds dollars less then what the crummy dealership estimates i would do everything i could to ensure and save people money and time and clearly tell you to go here and ask to speak with Jade she will make sure you have the best experience possible I would stake my review status on it.

Service was fast and friendly. They have a really comprehensive system for their inspections that is user-friendly.
