Paul, thank you for the feedback. We are definitely not the least expensive automotive repair shop in Knoxville, there are many options for you to choose from. We do however offer highly competitive pricing with factory trained master technicians. We only use OEM parts and fluids. We also have state of the art tools and factory software. Best of all, we offer a 3 year 36 thousand mile, nationwide warranty on all the work/repairs we perform on your vehicle. These are all things to consider when making a choice on who to take your European car to for service.

We are able to provide all of this, and are still approximately 20 - 30 % lower than the manufacturer dealers for most services. Thank you for the feedback Lucas. When you were here in October of 2017, you came in because, as you stated, you had a lug nut that was seized and would not come off. When this happens, you have a choice to leave the lug nut in place, or drill it out and remove it as well as the stud. You chose to have the lug nut and stud drilled out. You stated that you wanted to replace the stud and nut yourself. Since this interaction was approximately 3 years ago, I only have the copy of your invoice for reference.
