Paul, thank you for the feedback. We are definitely not the least expensive automotive repair shop in Knoxville, there are many options for you to choose from. We do however offer highly competitive pricing with factory trained master technicians. We only use OEM parts and fluids. We also have state of the art tools and factory software. Best of all, we offer a 3 year 36 thousand mile, nationwide warranty on all the work/repairs we perform on your vehicle. These are all things to consider when making a choice on who to take your European car to for service.

Thank you Ken! We agree, we are not a "discount" shop. We do however, aim to provide and exceptional customer experience and superior expertise on European vehicles. We use OEM or genuine parts when working on our customer's European vehicles, our technicians are all master certified (dealer trained), and all of our work comes with a 3 year/ 36,000 mile warranty. We are able to provide all of this, and are still approximately 20 - 30 % lower than the manufacturer dealers for most services.
