Knoxville European Auto Repair

I'm a recent transplant to Knoxville, so I needed to find a replacement for the excellent German car repair shop I had used in Florida. My GTI needed the timing chain replaced which is a big job, and some other minor stuff. Did some internet surfing, and decided to try European Auto Garage. I'm glad I chose them, it was a pleasant experience start to finish. I'm not a car dummy so I especially appreciated my first time there when they checked my car over. The tech took me in the shop where my car was on the lift, explained his eval, what he thought I needed (or didn't!). We agreed what should be done, I made my appointment for the repair work, and it was done in less time than I had expected. The shop itself is clean and spotless, they have a nice waiting area if you are so inclined, and the employees were friendly and personable. I'll definitely come back as needed!

Absolutely the best customer service and auto service experience that I have ever had in every aspect. I cannot brag enough on the facility but most of all, the entire staff was extremely welcoming and even as a new customer I was treated like a customer of many years. I have an older SL500, nearly a classic and they took care of me as though I had the most important car there.
