I highly recommend this place to anyone! They have serviced my Mercedes and Mini Cooper and always beat the prices of the dealerships but provide the exact same quality of work. Everything they do is warrantied, which provides peace of mind. Very easy to schedule, super responsive, and always accurate.

Brought a "new to me" 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 to EAG for a Purchase Inspection and Oil Change. Great experience working with Danielle and Andrew to discuss the car's history and map out the scope of the inspection. Nick did a thorough job reviewing all the car systems and providing a comprehensive report on the car's condition. Brad threw in a complimentary wash and we are all set for many miles of happy motoring ahead. Great team, great shop and a great overall experience. Will be coming back soon for a complete detailing and ceramic coating in their detail area. I will recommend EAG to other members of the Porsche Club of America as a first rate maintenance and repair facility for their late model Porsches.

We had 2 vehicles being serviced; a VW Jetta needing an A/C repair, and a VW GTI for detailing. We were told the cars would be ready at the end of the day, or early the next and we were given the use of a Mini Cooper while our cars were in the shop. It was a great surprise when we learned both vehicles were ready shortly after noon that same day. I received an unexpected Coast Guard discount, which is always appreciated. The garage and waiting area are spotlessly clean, and all the staff very friendly and professional. We recently moved to Knoxville from Florida, so this was our first visit to European Auto Garage, and we are very satisfied with their service and prices. They will be our "regular" maintenance garage in the future, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing service for their imports.
