Front staff was professional and welcoming. Brought my Volvo S60 in with some hesitation through the power band. Dropped it off at 7:30 AM and by 11:30 AM they provided complete diagnostics front to back with pictures and recommendations by e-mail. Shortly after the e-mail I received a phone call explaining what was found and the repair costs. The work was done as quickly as parts availability would allow and when I picked up my car, she ran like new. Labor costs seemed in-line with othere European garages and the dealer. Parts had a little mark up but they aren't UNICEF so that was completely expected. Overall I am pleased with the professionalism, efficiency, and timeliness with which they had my car completed and I would return and recommend their services.
