Arrived on time, they took my details and went to work. They were quick and responsive to my needs, provided me coffee and/or water. Total cost was what I had expected. Everyone there is very pleasant and professional, I think they enjoy what they are doing. Service: Oil change

I received a digital copy of an invoice via text message detailing all the problems my car had, with accompanying pictures as well. Some of these issues I knew about and some of them I didn't. The diagnosis was very timely and I also received phone calls from the actual tech responsible for my car, he told me every little detail I could possibly want and he was spot on with estimating repair times (My car was only there for 2 days while another auto shop for something similar on my car kept it for 2 WEEKS)! The warranty for repairs is also pretty good. Pricing wise, I expected it to be high as I drive a Mini Cooper JCW, but it wasn't too bad. Since I've gotten my car back, there has been no more smoke coming from the oil burning on my exhaust from my oil filter housing leak and no problems with the new brake pads. All in all I'm going to go back to this place to get some more parts replaced as my car is a bit aged and I had a trouble free experience. Definitely check them out or consider them as an option! I came in to have top shock mounts replaced under EAGs 36 month/36000 mile warranty. I called evaluation was done the next day and 2 days later parts were replaced. When I can’t fix my vehicle myself EAG is the only mechanic I trust. They are always friendly, fast, professional and reasonably priced for being a specialized Indy shop. Service: Steering/Suspension
