Absolutely amazing, top notch, 100% money back guaranteed work, and at a fraction of the price of any dealership even though they are just as certified (it not better) than any Audi, BMW, Porsche, or any other car manufacturer approved dealer. The prices may not be the cheapest vehicle repairs possible, but you definitely get what you pay for at EAG. Which is always worth it. I highly recommend asking for Andrew or Collin. They both are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and do anything possible to satisfy the customer and their requests. 5+ stars. It's the only place I will even let touch my Audi A7.

I made a mistake in going here for tires by having them ordered from tire rack to here thinking cause they were close to home and I know the FedEx delivery service is good in the area being close to the hub I shouldn't have any issues being right week before Christmas and taking a drive down to Florida. So two tires said they arrived on Monday the 18th on my FedEx tracking in which they replied that no tires were delivered yet. Next day and seeing the other two tires were out for delivery while I am getting ready more for my trip and call there to see any news if they gotten the tires in and talked to them about the delivery notice being later in the day and should be able to do the work, but there eyes only see two tires at this point I'm getting scared for im not going to be able to surprise my mom for Christmas and it's bugging me. Found out from FedEx the tires were delivered and this shop maybe misformed. So I'm there the 20 at 120ish in the afternoon tired with the car half packed to rest my eyes a bit while waiting to hear the car start and move, and still awake a bit later to hear folks in the background talking about turbo noises which at this point I'm curious. An hour and fifteen minutes now to the manager tells me they can't do the work cause reverse mount rims and tells me discount tire should be able to help me but for now they have to put the wheels back on the car. I wait 45 minutes for that then. Back in car to seat adjusted, mirrors, car is in sport mode which I never use just +R mode and driving away to tires in the front having less tread cause of spin outs from someone. I didn't want to believe that someone joyrided my car but found out everything when I looked at the log. So the owners wife got in contact with me on this saying that it was not that but a test drive for vibration and part of there 50 point inspection which first thing was never asked for, second know about, and third there's no proof of an inspection with paperwork or anything to see they did anything, the Karen said she was standing there while the manager talked to me in which that's a lie cause it was just me and him unless she a ghost or drives a micro machine. So I'm guessing they get most of there business from the Harper group of European cars. From this review to anyone who cares about there car I would not go here. The owner had given his balls to his wife.
