After our last service with them where they changed the oil I experienced a warning light. The light was actually from another issue not related to their work however I routinely checked the oil as a precaution and found it almost 3 quarts low. I filled the car with oil and waited another 500 miles to see if I had a service issue or a car issue. The oil remained fine. When I went in to talk through my concerns with the owner I never once received an apology. Instead it was a litany of how that couldn’t have happened. We’ll be using another garage from now on. I understand mistakes happen but when your business model is to refuse responsibility for them it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

Regarding the oil level, we did not issue an apology because we were unable to verify when the oil was checked or confirm the condition at the time of your concern. If this issue had been brought to our attention sooner, we would have gladly inspected and confirmed the situation to provide clarity. We also want to clarify that we reached out via email following your visit to provide further explanation of our previous recommendations and to apologize for any miscommunication you may have felt. Our goal is to keep customers informed of necessary maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and reliability, regardless of vehicle value. It is then up to our customers to take that knowledge and proceed however they feel is necessary. We are sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied with your experience and will take your feedback as an opportunity to improve communication in the future. Absolutely amazing service, the inside of the shop is very clean and neat. When I got my audi back they left it with tire shine, cleaned the break dust, vacuumed the floor mats and cleaned the exterior. They supplied pictures with every issue they found so you know they aren’t trying to get into your wallet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a German or European car.
