Called and made an appointment to bring my 2018 Audi S5 in because it was making an unusual noise when the hood was raised. The service advisor got the tech to come out and take a listen before I left it since I had traveled almost 100 miles to get it there. Upon listening the tech went into great detail to explain what the noise was and that it was not something to be concerned about. Wow what a relief. Then when I asked the service advisor of what I owed, she said no charge. They could have kept the car and at least charged me for a diagnostic charge, but they didn't. Very professional and honest. If I have any issues going forward, I know who to call.
