Absolutely the best customer service and auto service experience that I have ever had in every aspect. I cannot brag enough on the facility but most of all, the entire staff was extremely welcoming and even as a new customer I was treated like a customer of many years. I have an older SL500, nearly a classic and they took care of me as though I had the most important car there.

I had some minor issues with some steering wheel wobble after having some suspension work done and tires replaced. They sent out their master tech with me for a test drive. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and also fixed just as fast. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. 100 percent would recommend. I am very pleased with their vehicle and customer service and will be taking my vehicle there for all my future maintenance needs.

Brought a 2019 X2 M35I in for a alignment check, tire balance check and rotation. I would objectively rate this shop average, comparing it to other non-specialist shops with respect to basic services. EAG performed an alignment and rotated my tires. They didn't get my steering wheel straight. It was off by about 2 deg. I did not take it back. Had I taken it back, I'm sure they would resolve the issue but so would most shops. They had the car for about 3 hours (they were busy). I honestly cant recommend this shop for basic services over any other Indy based on my experience. Comparatively, I had another Indy closer to home perform the re-alignment. They nailed it the first time.

We aim to provide superior service, and definitely review when a customer doesn't feel we hit that mark. Looking back at your visit in February, we can see that you were here for an alignment, topping of your fluids, advise/diagnose a vibration when driving (that goes away when warm), and a free 50 point visual inspection of your complete vehicle. We realize that you were waiting, however these services do take time. We take great care in making sure we get it right the first time. Our technician took time to test drive your vehicle (until it got warm - in an effort to duplicate your issue), and determined that it was your alignment causing your concern. Your alignment (which we gave you a copy of) shows that it was completely out of spec. Our technician brought everything into alignment, along with the other services, and our Service Manager quality controlled the vehicle before returning it to you. The copy of the alignment you were provided with, shows that the steering wheel was dead center when the technician completed your alignment. If you would like a copy, we have it here on file. That being said, if you were not happy with the alignment, or felt it was not correct, we would have readily corrected it for you. We stand behind our work with the industries best warranty - 3 year/36K miles Nationwide Warranty. Again we are sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations, and understand we are not always the shop for everyone.
