I have always been happy with the service at EAG however today I did not get out until 11:45 for an 8am appt for 4 tire installation (and I was waiting in the lobby. My car did not go on the lift for the first 105 minutes. I have had tire installations at EAG twice before and never more than 1hr. Something has changed. Apparently appointments are now meaningless. My take: don't give me an appt if you are not prepared to start my service soon after my arrival. I don't imagine I will return to EAG.
