Recently brought in for periodic service. They allowed me to include/exclude recommended services. However, I trust their recommendations based on a considerable history with this company. Scheduling was convenient. Staff is always courteous. Services was completed quickly. Car is running great.

Always a great service visit. Worked with the advisor to line out what maintenance I needed to complete (these are usually annual services since I dont drive this car much), and other suggested maintenance items. This repair shop was excellent from scheduling the service on the telephone to the quality of the repair, the reasonable pricing, and the GARANTEE that goes with every project. No one likes vehicle maintenance or repairs, but I’ve found European Auto Garage to be ethical, effective, and reasonably priced. The service advisors are top notch and explain what’s going on.

Unfortunately, my teen is hard on his BMW so we have to use EAG a lot! lol And they are GREAT every time. Collin is the best....so helpful and explains everything to me so well. I highly recommend EAG...we use them every time!!!

Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, a 2019 BMW we purchased from Grayson BMW for our daughters first car less than a year ago required thousands of dollars' worth of repairs. European Auto Garage was very through and explained all of the repairs needed. We still have more repairs to complete but the most urgent are done now to provide my 16-year-old a safe ride which is what we thought we were buying from Grayson BMW to begin with. I highly recommend EAG and will use them again in the near future for all of our cars! Josh and Rowan were outstanding!!
