I HIGHLY recommend EAG. I cannot sing their praises enough. Their customer service is unmatched. I had a little bit of a battery emergency and Hannah was able to get me in the same day and Collin was super helpful and informative once I got there. I LOVE the diagnostic report to let me know what needs my attention next and also provided a detailed quote for said future repairs and replacements. There wasn’t any pressure to purchase any extras or to get any work done that I didn’t ask for/wasn’t necessary right that second for my car to drive safely. They will now be my go to place for any repairs or services for my Volkswagen. Thank you guys again!!

EAG saved me. HUGE shout out to the team at EAG. I was driving through town and had significant issue. The team at EAG got me bak on the road within the same day. I had 18 hours left in my drive, so getting back on the road was critical. Very good at communicating. I wish I was local to Koxville, as they would be my go to shop for all my vehicles. Thanks, EAG
