Thorough, fast, friendly, accommodating and an efficient, clean garage. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few days while keeping me informed. Can't ask for more than that. I'll go back even though I have to drive across the county.

Thank you to the entire staff at EAG, especially Collin! He is a pleasure to work with and I trust every aspect of my M5 with him. Always courteous, professional and very helpful. Every service experience has been great, with Rowan always ensuring I have alternate transportation available. Collin recently facilitated getting my Milltek axle-back exhaust system installed with the good people over at Milltek Corp. Everyone worked together to get my exhaust installed in a timely manner, despite an unexpected discovery during installation (no fault of EAG or Milltek). I couldn't be happier. All that to say, if you need ANYTHING for your BMW (or any Euro vehicle), do not hesitate to call Collin at EAG...he will take care of you and ensure you are happy with the end result. The crew at EAG are all car enthusiasts, and it was a pleasure being able to tour their facility and see their side projects as well. Thanks again, guys...first class all the way!
