I would not recommend at all! $490 for what! I can go on and explain but it would be useless. If you want some poor quality work done for a high price then go for it.

After having car towed over the weekend, we received a call first thing Monday morning. I called back and spoke with both Danielle and Andrew. I gave Andrew info on what we experienced. He told me they could perform diagnostic and gave me the price for the same. Once they identified what they suspected to be the problem he wanted to keep overnight, drive and test again which I approved. We spoke again the next day about the need for a fuel pump, price, etc. With my approval, they completed the work very quickly. So far all is well with my vehicle; I will update if there is any change! I love the timeliness, professionalism, feedback style/mechanisms. Glad I took it here... not sure I would have back this quickly with work completed had it been towed elsewhere.

I can't express enough how pleased I am with the service I get every time I bring my car in for an oil change. I love the recommendations of services that are coming due, but no pressure to buy any service on the spot. The prices they quoted are always accurate and they truly care about the quality of service they provide! I will always entrust my vehicle care to EAG!!

Did some good work on my E36 in the past, disappointed to find they have made the business decision to stop supporting the e36 platform in 2022. If they accept your ride, this shop will do great work!

I called EAG on a last minute notice to see if they could inspect my BMW for a Radiator leak/drip. I was to go out of town that afternoon to Georgia to see my Mother for Thanksgiving. I did not want to take the chance of driving 150 miles and have a breakdown. The phone conversation was immediate, "Yes, we can look at it for you." I drove over, they inspected the Radiator, and it had a leak that could not be "Patched." I would not want that anyway. I had to replace the Radiator. The new Radiator was replaced the same day while I waited in the lobby. Grayson didn't call be back until later that afternoon. I asked them the same question about checking my Radiator, even though I was sitting in EAG lobby waiting on my Car. Grayson said that no way they could check my vehicle out that day. This was Wednesday before Thanksgiving. EAG fixed my vehicle and I was on the road that afternoon. Yes, the cost is around $900.00 for the replacement, but this was a new replacement, not a patch. I researched the cost of the radiator replacement, and the cost to repair was the same price I had researched.

Five star service! We always have a good experience at European Auto Garage. Collin always makes sure to take care of us. We will continue to bring our Audi here. Thank you!

This was my 2nd time using the fine folks at EAG and each time they have been very professional, very detailed (their inspection report is top notch!!), and reasonably priced (I know I have a more expensive car to work on). The work was done as they said and when they said! Great service and I WILL BE BACK when needed.
