I needed to replace the 5 year old battery in my Audi Q5 before winter. EAG had the exact same battery I needed in stock and they were able to install it the same day. Their price beat what the dealer was going to charge and I’m so glad I checked with them! I will definitely be going back to EAG for my car maintenance needs in the future!

I recently took my VW Jetta here to be serviced for an oil change. It was quick and the waiting area is welcoming. A big perk of this shop is that they give you a custom car report with photos and videos. I appreciated this a lot as I usually went to the VW Dealership and they told me I had an oil leak but I didn’t want to take their word for it. European Auto Garage provided photos so I saw how much the oil had coated the undercarriage and that there was actually a prevalent leak. I will have it fixed by them and most likely won’t go to the dealership anymore. This shop has gained my trust with how personal they are with your vehicle.
