Brought my Maserati Gran Turismo (2015 model year) in for a strange ABS/traction control system (TCS) warning light issue. I called the office on Monday and they were able to get me in the same Thursday, the Maserati dealership was a 2 week waiting list. The Maserati dealership (of Knoxville) wanted to keep my car overnight (which did not feel right to me) so I brought it over to the fellas (and ladies) at E.A.G; amazing customer service! The technician was able to diagnose the fault in the electrical system within less than 4 hours (as compared to waiting several days with the Maserati dealership). Keep in mind, the Maserati dealership should know how to work on their own cars but anytime I go there I feel like I am stepping back into the stone age, dealing with people who have not a bloody clue about older Ferrari/Maserati engines. You guys have a life long customer now. It has been a little over 1,000 miles since my last visit and so far all is fine and well, the ABS/TCS issue has been resolved. The next time I need my oil change (I have the Ferrari oil filter and Ferrari factory oil) I will call you guys about a week in advance to get her in for service :)
Thank you Vanquish! We love to hear when our hard work shows. We really appreciate your business and look forward to working with you again. The Team at European Auto Garage
