Had an electrical gremlin that was sporadic. They found and corrected the issues. They called at least once a week sometimes multiple times to keep me updated on the progress. You don't find this kind of customer service anymore. Will definitely take my Volkswagen GTI back if there are any issues in the future. Awesome folks to work with!!!

They do not keep you waiting. Your car will get serviced at your scheduled time. Very friendly, most reasonable cost, very informative on the work that they had done. I will always bring my BMW for service here.

Everyone I encountered from the phone call to set up the appointment to the actual service and maintenance mechanics I was shocked at how much better the experience was than the big dealership we purchased our Audi from. Leaps and bounds better experience overall!
