I've worked with EAG on numerous occasions and even purchased a vehicle from them. They do an excellent job of making sure you feel happy leaving your car with them and even happier when you get it back. All of the issues with a purchased vehicle that a dealer might consider the fault of the new owner were handled very well by EAG; they take care of their customers. Their waiting area is pretty nice! They have water and single-serve coffee available, along with candies at the front desk. The desk assistant, Camber, is an adorable puppy. Be careful, though, she's a bit territorial over her candies. All the humans are courteous and friendly as well. They know their stuff, and they drive the types of cars you will likely be bringing to their shop. So far, they have been at least half as expensive as Grayson BMW down the street. The only reason I go to Grayson now is for warranty work. If you drive a vehicle that requires precision, skill, and a bit of cleverness to maintain and repair, I would go nowhere else.
