I had a scheduled appointment to install $5,000 worth of Bolt ons to an e92 M3. The appointment was scheduled for Monday 9:00 am. I showed up early to drop off parts and the car. When I arrived that Monday after scheduling 5 days in advance my scheduled appointment couldn't be found. After speaking with the owner "Rich", he said there would be no problem installing the parts and they would have all the work done by 1:30 pm. He then reconfirmed by the 1:30 pm deadline by asking "Andrew" when it could all be done and "Andrew" confirmed by saying 1:30 pm. I said okay, and started to unload the parts. No one offered or helped unload the parts. I guess I should have known then they shouldn't be working on my car. 11:00 am rolls around and I'm on that side of town dropping keys off for a unit that had just been leased. I decided to drop in to see how things are going. Not only have my parts not been touched from where I unloaded them at 9:00 am but the car had been moved around to the back and was unlocked. Needless to say I was concerned but was still going to cut them a break and let them try and fit it in their schedule. 1:30 pm rolls around (when they told me everything would be done) I still haven't heard a word from them. I decided to go check on the car and the parts again since I was afraid the car and parts were still just sitting outside where I was instructed to leave them. I got there around 1:45 PM and the parts were sitting exactly where I left them at 9:00 am, plus the car was still in the back unlocked. I decided that was enough reason for me to get my car, load up the parts and head to another shop. While I was loading the parts back in the truck to go to another shop the owner came out and the only thing he had to say was "they didn't fit did they?"...... I was like I have no idea because the parts have been out here the whole time. Long story short don't tell people you can do a job when you cant and you have no intention to do the job either.
We apologize for the car not moving in a timely manner. We were inundated this morning, and a couple of Friday vehicle clogged up the workflow. You should have been updated and the car should have been completed.
