I had a fuel injection problem with my Passat. They fixed the problem when they said they would, for the price they said. Collin was very good.

I have a Volvo and I’m very unhappy with the Volvo dealership here in Knoxville. I was concerned that I might have to go out of town to get work done. I get my oil changed here for my VW and it's MUCH cheaper than the dealership. Not only that but they send you a link with a detailed list of what they checked on your car. They will mark it a certain color as well if it should be fixed asap or not. It really helps and is a great guide on what your vehicles health is like. I think the only off thing that has happened is that I went in one day and they said all my wheels were bent. Then I came in another time and only like 1 or 2 were and then the last time I went there was no mention of any of my tires being bent?? It's the only inconsistency I've noticed. Maybe one or two of the techs has an eye for it and the others don't?? Other than that, great services and I highly recommend them for oil changes!

We had changed both oxygen sensor on our car and it was still throwing the same code. We took it here expecting to spend a great deal more. They were very thorough and solved our problem with a simple fuse! They charged a reasonable amount and even gave us a list of other ( non urgent) issues that we need to work on! They were very friendly and patient! I definitely recommend them and will go back if I needed!
