European Auto Garage went above and beyond with their service. I dropped it off early in the morning and they gave me a loaner car for the day. I had an oil change, spark plugs replaced, a new horn because mine was weak, and they reattached some carbon fiber that had fell off. Hands down, the customer service alone sold me on them. They will forever have my service for my M series BMW. They even sent a link with pictures, recommended services, and did not pressure into doing the recommended services. HIGHLY recommend. Great price. Great customer service. Great work.

First time at EAG… car repairs are never fun but they made the process smooth and painless. Went in for rear brake replacement and their assessment of upcoming maintenance was reasonable with no pressure. I trusted them and will definitely be returning for all of my normal maintenance and repair needs.

If you are looking for a better alternative to stealership pricing, EAG is the place!! NEVER will I EVER go to anywhere else! Better pricing, better staff, better location!! Nobody is trying to sell you a new car! Nobody is trying to sell you a service that isn’t needed! Nobody is trying to gouge you of your hard earned money! This place is a blessing! My MB needed service and I was new to the area. Went to the stealership and almost mortgaged my house to get a B service! Luckily, I asked around before I had the service done and just about everyone recommended EAG!! Thank you!! Friendly and professional! Super courteous to my wife when she brought the car in for service!! So glad I found them!! Thank you and I def highly recommend them!!
