Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I was quoted a price for brake service less than 4 months ago. Today, the price has risen by over $100. I asked nicely three times if anything could be done to make up for the difference in pricing and was told that there were no promotions or options available. I asked to speak to the manager and the lady said she had been there for 8 years and was one of the managers. I would later find out that they had a big sign up to "like their Facebook page for 10% off." A small gesture on their part would have went a long way. Eventually, I asked for a printed quote to compare at the dealership Upon investigation, the dealership quoted just $20 more for parts...actual true manufacturer parts. When I came back to ask about what sort of parts this hack of a joint provides, I was informed that they are "the original parts without Mercedes markings." Sure...that sounds legit. The desk clerk also proceed to berate me for this review (edited now to reflect the additional dealings with this establishment.) He cursed at me and informed me that the owner no longer wanted to work on my car because I hurt his feelings with the review. The owner never had the courage to come face me directly. If you enjoy cheap parts and horrible customer service, this place might be ok for you, otherwise: AVOID!!! It should also be noted that I have used their services before and a mysterious scratch appeared on my vehicle afterward . Also, they have been the only ones under my hood in the last year and mysteriously, the pneumatic pump holds for the hood are beginning to fail as if the hood was slammed too hard. The owner can look for my further reviews at the BBB, Angie's List, Facebook, etc. Update: After paying for my oil change, they are now demanding that I remove my vehicle immediately for no justified reason. How much more petty could you actually get?!

Unfortunately, parts pricing fluctuates daily, as with all commodity items. This is why on any quote we give our customers, we state that it is good for 30 days from the date it was issued. Your original quote was actually from April 30, 2019 (your recent visit was 10/21/19). As far as a discount posted in our lobby, this is not correct. Our sign says "Like Us On Facebook to be entered into a monthly drawing". There is nothing about a blanket discount. We thank you for your past patronage, and wish you the best.

I had tires mounted and balanced and an alignment done on my Volvo. EAG was quick and professional, and they did a fantastic job balancing the tires. I'm pretty sure they even washed the wheels!

I went to a cars and coffee event last week and it was excellent. Nice folks, and good cupcakes. I can't comment on their service, but it appears to be a very professional operation.

Absolutely the best place in Knoxville to take your BMW!!! They do great work, stand behind it and go out of their way to provide customer service. Took my 2014 328d to them, and they had me in and out before the BMW dealer could even get me in. They've earned my complete trust and will have my business as long as I'm in Knoxville. Despite not having an appointment, I called on a test drive and they were able to fit me in without issue. The employees were thorough and provided honest opinions and a very detailed report. I would very highly recommend European Auto Garage.

I bought my mini from them. Had to have oil change went to a few other places to see if they could change it but sadly I was told they could not do it so I came back here to get changed. As they were changing my oil they inspected my and found a few things that needed to be done as well. Great group of people and a great place to take you mini to get worked on.

I stopped by as a walk-in to get a used car inspected that I planned to buy. Cyndi immediately requested the inspection and Andrew and Mark had the car on the lift after just a short wait. Impressive! The car checked out fine, Mark's expert pointers revealed small items for my short to-do list that I hadn't found yet, and Andrew gave me a nice tour of their clean and organized shop.
