I’m thankful for the experience at EAS, the reviews are true! They are kind, professional and do an quality job. I took my car in because I over torqued the oil drain plug and then striped the heck out of it!! The guys at EAS worked hard to get it off and completed my oil change, spark plug replacement which includes a 50pt check. All for a reasonable price! I don’t need to take my car anywhere else and will leave the nuts and bots to them. ;) thank you guys you’re amazing!!

Very clean, friendly and great prices for oil changes. Not really sure on cost comparison to Mercedes dealership as I haven’t owned mine for long and this is first maintenance I’ve had done. Plan to be back as needed! Service: General repairs & maintenance

In many cases they are much less expensive, when you consider they are performed by a Master certified technician, using full synthetic oil and and OEM filter. We use the same parts and fluids that a dealer would use, for considerably less. On general maintenance and repairs, we are usually between 25- 30% less than the factory dealerships. We also offer a 3 year 36,000 mile nationwide warranty, most factory dealerships only offer 12 months on their repairs. I've had toyo tires mounted on my McLaren 720S wheels today by these guys . They did a great job installing the tires without any damage to the wheels . Highly recommend, A++ service

Performed an oil change and brake line flush on our Mini Cooper. Also had 4 tires delivered from Tire Rack and had EAG do a balance/install and alignment. It had been knocked pretty far out by the East TN potholes and now drives like a new car. Cost and timeliness were excellent and we won’t take our Cooper to anybody else.

I had just moved to Knoxville and my clutch broke on me. I randomly found this place through reviews and decided to have my car towed here, and I’m so glad I did. The prices were fair (especially for a German car), the work was done quickly, and Jade is an absolute angel who was so sweet and helpful. Take your cars here if you want amazing customer service and fair pricing!

Honestly, the owner has to be new money. He shows his collection of cars off like its a badge of honor. Thankfully, the staff are honest and downright personable. They are the only reason I would go back there.

I would trust my BMW in the hands of few shops... this is one! If you are after "cheap", you should take your high-end car to WalMart's auto center, but if you are quality at a good price... EAG is the place to take your prized possession!!! And I am very particular so you can take my word for it!! Services: Brakes, Oil change, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Check engine light diagnostic
