We have used EAG for our BMW service needs and have always been very satisfied with the customer service provided , and they have gone out of their way to service our Cadillac Escalade as a favor to us. We had our son’s VW Passat oil changed this week before his first class in HS and received excellent service quickly, and he was able to get to school on time with updated service recommendations for future reference. We highly recommend EAG and will continue to use them for all of our vehicle needs.

These guys are the best. My car is always ready when they say it will be and the cost I pay always matches the estimate or is less. They also do a complete inspection and give the details of what they find with pictures of any issues. I’m always happy with their work and will continue to use them.

As with prior cars that I scheduled with European Auto, my Audi A8 L was evaluated and given the performance treatment needed due to regular maintenance needing attention. My prior BMWs were well into 100,000 miles and due to the care by these well experienced representatives, they traded well. Thank you as always!

This European Auto Garage was top-notch, and Danielle, who helped me and walked me through everything, was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Beyond the Diesel oil, filter, and DEF replacement, they performed for me, they have a very well-made job diagnostic portal where they inspected my vehicle for other issues that may need to get addressed soon (including pictures, detailed info, and a produced video on what the part does).

Completed very thorough diagnostic test on BMW very impressed with the service and the people that I met . They realized I was very busy and offered me a loner car while the service was completed on my vehicle. Very professional would recommend! The woman at the front desk was a pleasure and very helpful.

As a new transplant to the area I made a call to find out what a routine repair (timing belt) would cost is evidently too complicated to be able to handle over the phone; it requires an appointment 6 days (4th new business day) in the future for them to physically look at the car. Allegedly to make sure they quote accurately for any mid-year changes. I'll give you that VW is notorious for mid-year changes but amazingly the VIN provides this data for everyone else. Oh and that for this task the year, make and model is all of the information needed. If you haven't been to see them before know that you won't get any help over the phone other than to schedule an appointment.
