Knoxville European Auto Repair

I was purchasing a Porsche 911 from a local dealer and needed a pre-purchase inspection. They were very accommodating to fit it in the next day and perform the inspection, including a borescope of the cylinders. Did a nice job of discussing the findings and what to consider.

I am NOT A FAN OF WRITING NEGITIVE REVIEWS and I would write one here EXCEPT for the fact that they have done no work for me on my car. I visited the shop, spoke with the receptionist who was very nice and due to the fact that they were busy and no one ever came out to speak with me, I said that I would call them regarding my project on my 5 series BMW later in the week to discuss. I called them back and again spoke with a very nice young lady who took all of my information and swore to me that someone would contact me regarding the work that I would like to have done. I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM ANYONE and it’s been over two weeks since I called. I am very disappointed because I have been looking far and wide for a shop just like this. I simply cannot believe that they would absolutely ghost an unknown customer but they have. None of my interactions with the contact person have been negative in fact, they were very pleasant and I was anxiously expecting a call back.....that never came. If they can not return a call to a NEW CUSTOMER or potential customer, then I would think more than twice about having them work on my car. VERY DISAPOINTED, they came highly recommended. I guess the search will go on.

A have to place to take your imported vehicle. I drive BMW and there's no other or anyone would I take my car to have it worked on or have it detailed. These people are friendly, they are efficient, and reasonable. If you have a foreign import they are the only people I would trust my vehicle too. 5 stars and more!

I had a fuel injection problem with my Passat. They fixed the problem when they said they would, for the price they said. Collin was very good.

I have a Volvo and I’m very unhappy with the Volvo dealership here in Knoxville. I was concerned that I might have to go out of town to get work done. I looked at reviews and decided to try European Auto Garage. They have been very professional, responsive and did excellent work. I’m relieved to know they are here.
