I recently took my VW Jetta here to be serviced for an oil change. It was quick and the waiting area is welcoming. A big perk of this shop is that they give you a custom car report with photos and videos. I appreciated this a lot as I usually went to the VW Dealership and they told me I had an oil leak but I didn’t want to take their word for it. European Auto Garage provided photos so I saw how much the oil had coated the undercarriage and that there was actually a prevalent leak. I will have it fixed by them and most likely won’t go to the dealership anymore. This shop has gained my trust with how personal they are with your vehicle.

The problem we had was our ABS on our VW. The service from the front counter to the back room where the work is performed WAS FANTASTIC!!!! THE SHIP IS SPOTLESS!!! THE PEOPLE ARE VERY PLEASANT & VERY PROFESTIONAL. They keep you up to date of what is going on! THE FEES ARE WONDERFUL, another place wanted to charge me four times more than what I was charged! I STRONGLY RECOMEND ANYONE TO US THEM FOR ALL YOUR MOTOR NEEDS ! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST !!!! Steve Spry

I have an older VW Beetle that I took in for service. The garage is beautiful and the people are great! I live over an hour away from them but don’t mind the drive knowing that I will will receive 5 star service and work with people I can trust.
