Service for 2018 Audi A4 B9. Called up EAG after driving past multiple times and making a mental note to call them. Immediately got an appointment and was ensured they gave quick turnaround and appointments available most times and days. This is welcomed since most of my service experiences with German cars so far have been multiple days or weeks of waiting for appointments and they still take longer than needed. They ensured me they'd have a loaner car available too, which they did. Dropped off the A4 and got the loaner as promised. The next day, got a text with a detailed report of my cars status with some notes they found in the inspection. They took the time to actually run through the whole list with me over the phone and confirm what I need to do soon or what can wait. They didn't try to upsell me service or waste my time like a "stealership" would. Got straight to the point and even chatted a while about future performance upgrades. They know their Euros, and if they're not sure on something, they know someone who is. Highly recommend EAG if you care about quality and value! Didn't mention that the service cost was less than half the price I paid at my old Audi "stealership". Will definitely be returning to EAG for future service appointments and planned performance mods! Thanks, cheers!
