Everyone I encountered from the phone call to set up the appointment to the actual service and maintenance mechanics I was shocked at how much better the experience was than the big dealership we purchased our Audi from. Leaps and bounds better experience overall!

I recently had my older Range Rover Sport serviced at European Auto. I had several costly repairs needed and had originally taken it to the local dealership. After speaking with the dealership and being charged for things not discussed, I decided to take it to European. The best decision I have made regarding my car service. Not only did they charge me 30% less than the prices quoted from the dealership, they were respectful, professional and courteous. The complimentary diagnostic inspection report is thorough and impressive and I appreciated not being charged just to look to see if a service or repair is even needed. Today I had an issue with my key fob and they were so kind to correct the problem easily and not even charge me ... they are the best! Thank you Andrew! If you are interested in exceptional customer service, take your car to European Auto.

I have a 2012 Audi A5 that was experiencing mechanical problems. A friend recommended that I take it to European Auto garage. In September 2022 I decided to take my car to this shop. Once there it was diagnosed and determined that a new engine was needed. The whole process, from pulling the old engine out, to swapping the new in, took about 2 months, which seemed reasonable to me. I received my new car back on the 1st of November. Through it all, I received excellent communication and very professional treatment. Andrew Hilliard was my service advisor and I dealt with him more than anyone. I found him pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. The entire staff made this experience as painless as possible. It is now January 2023, and I am happy to say I haven't had any issues with the work done on my Audi. Extremely satisfied, and would highly recommend European Auto Garage!

Awesome experience. Straight forward with what the issues were and options. Helped determine the most important fixes for now and what could be fixed later. I am going back next week to finish the remaining work! They also have a great loaner car service.
