We have 2 cars that we have serviced here. We have used European Auto Garage for a few years and absolutely love their work. I love the inspection report with the photos that are sent via text to me about my car. You can tell that the employees really care. Super friendly folks! Very professional during initial car to inquire about cost of oil change and scheduling of the service. Appreciate having loaner cars although I did not use. Waiting area was very comfortable. Liked the details provided by the 50 point inspection and cost of additional service that could be done based on mileage. Would like to see another way to analyze the need to perform these besides mileage. The Audi dealer uses mileage as the criteria as well. Service: Oil change

Very positive experience. This was my initial visit with my 2015 Audi A5 Cabriolet and they didn't disappoint. Oil and Filter change, tire rotation and brake flush all at a reasonable price. Allie explained everything that was done, gave me a printout with prices of the future maintenance items I should consider, and all was completed while I waited. The facility is large, easy to get to, and first rate. I would highly recommend. I'll be going back. Service: General repairs & maintenance
