I took my car to the dealer several months ago for the same problem. Maybe the part hadn't totally failed then but EAG found the problem and fixed it. Price was less than dealer but it's a Mini and parts are expensive. Still very pleased with the results.

April 19,2021. I only write reviews on two occasions, when I am astounded by how bad the services was or how spectacular it was. Boy its nice when I get to leave a good review! My car was serviced with excellence, yes, but that is not what stood out to me. What stood out was how I was treated...as a person. You and I know how rare that can be often be. I am doing a cross country road trip and had to find any random place at the last minute. Needless to say I got super lucky. -I Drive A 2012 Mini Cooper S PS: I even got a complementary car wash! Service: Tyres
