EAG professionals quickly diagnosed the Check Engine light problem and let me know what repairs were needed. They explained what was involved, how much it cost and that it would be ready later that day. Having a loaner allowed me to stay busy while my car was being repaired. As always, the service was on schedule and the work performed the way you want it done. The vehicle inspection report is incredible thorough and it really helps to have a knowledgeable technician looking at things you either can't look at or just don't. They're not trying to "sell you" but they do want you to be fully aware of any service items that need to be on your radar. I'm a long-time customer and wouldn't take my BMWs anywhere else.

I already was aware of their professionalism through some friends and the poker runs they sponsor, but I was wowed. I went just to get a battery installed and programmed. I did not expect a full inspection texted to me, with a print out showing all items and quotes for any items needed repaired. I will be back.

I would not recommend at all! $490 for what! I can go on and explain but it would be useless. If you want some poor quality work done for a high price then go for it.

Cody, thank you for the feedback. We are sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. Unfortunately your insurance company would not cover your engine repairs. They found that they were unrelated to the impact damage that resulted from your accident, and that we had to refer you to a body shop to have your impact damage repaired. Your bill for the 395.80 was to reattach the coolant hose that we found unattached, and to refill your coolant to normal levels. Your bill also included inspection time to diagnose what was wrong with your vehicle, including the impact damage discussed when you came into the shop. This was all indicated on the complete invoice that we provided you with at check out. We understand that we are not the shop for everyone, and wish you the best.
