We’ve got a few specialties. While we don’t claim to be everything to every one or every car, we do know what we’re great at, and can count those items on one hand.

 

Specialty #1 – Being More Than Just Tools

Some people actually try to shop service garages based off of what tools they have. That’s just silly. A true enthusiast garage is far more than the sum of their tools. Granted, we’re pretty sure we have all the tools (and then some) that anyone within a 300-mile radius has, short of a dyno (which we’re working on). But at our core, we are dedicated, knowledgeable, and pretty darn intelligent trouble-shooting car lovers. After all, it doesn’t matter how great the tools are if it takes the technician 3 extra hours (which you pay for) to figure out what the problem is in your car in the first place.

Specialty #2 – Getting it Right the First Time

Have you ever taken your car in to have some frustrating thing fixed? You have to take your day off, or rearrange your schedule, or at least leave early so that we can take you to your office after dropping off your car. However, you don’t mind so much if the techs get your car fixed the first time, correctly. We pride ourselves in striving to never let a car leave here without it being thoroughly tested to insure that we won’t see you again, at least for the same reason, that is.

Specialty #3 – Maintaining Your Car at a Higher Level

As a simple example: Oil Changes. Not all fluids are equal. In fact, there’s a HUGE disparity in qualities of fluids that can be used on your car. It’s the same with oil & air filters too. You can rest assured that having some 15 minute lube job done on your Euro car isn’t going to pay off in the long (or even short) run. Unlike Japanese cars, European cars have been tuned to get more lively performance in exchange for the tolerance of cheap and irresponsible owners. When you bought your car, you made the right decision. You wanted to actually enjoy driving. Now follow through with the decision and take care of it well. Bring it to us, and you can always rest assured that your Euro will keep on giving back to you.

Specialty #4 – Coming In Under Budget and Over Expectations

It’s about to be cliche, if it’s not already. But underpromising and overdelivering is a core tenant to our success. If we say it will be ready by 5, expect it to be, and expect it clean. If we say that you don’t actually need the part that the dealer told you did, you don’t. We must have found a cheaper AND better way to get your car back in tip-top shape. We want to build a relationship with each client based on trust, and we stand behind what we tell you.

Specialty #5 – Making You Feel Like Royalty

Honestly, we’ve done a great job at creating an atmosphere here where each of our employees truly understands that our customers are to be treated like kings & queens. We’ve also taken great measures to insure your comfort, and to keep you from being bored out of your mind if you decide to wait in the lobby on us to finish your car. Free high-speed wireless Internet, a flat-screen in the “living room” and cozy seating are just the start.
